As an individual, when you realise someone you have affection for has started accepting your love, you notice you started listening to yourself little by little as you don't want to do some stuff that would tarnish your image or present you in bad shape to your partner. The person soon starts taking over the same unconditional, consistent, congruent and positive attitude towards themselves, accepting themselves as they are. They become much more inclined towards fluidity, tentativeness of construct, changing experience of life and closeness of relationships.
There is some truth to the old proverb that "familiarity breeds contempt". When we first enter a relationship both partners are from different families , both will try to change to adapt to the new relationship.

Attitude : In psychology, attitude is a psychological construct, a mental and emotional entity that inheres in or characterizes a person. Communication : This is formed from a Latin word "communicare" meaning to share or be in a relationship with.
Communication is the process of being able to pass information through some selected channel that will be understandable to the audience.
For communication to be valid the receiver of such a message must be able to decipher it Content.
Motivation : Motivation is the word derived from the word 'motive' which means needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals. It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals. In the work goal context the psychological factors stimulating the people's behaviour can be - desire for money.
Decision making : In psychology, decision-making (also spelled decision making and decisionmaking) is regarded as the cognitive process resulting in the selection of a belief or a course of action among several possible alternative options. It could be either rational or irrational. The decision-making process is a reasoning process based on assumptions of values, preferences and beliefs of the decision-maker. Leadership : This encompasses the ability of an individual or group of people to lead or able to influence others behavior to achieve certain objectives .
